Alphonso Hubanks appeals from a judgment of conviction of four counts of first-degree sexual assault, sec. 940.225(1)(b), Stats.; of armed robbery, party to a crime, secs. 943.32(1)(b) and (2) and 939.05, Stats.; and abduction, party to a crime, secs. 948.30(2)(b) and 939.05, Stats. On appeal, Hubanks raises the following issues: (1) insufficiency of the evidence to sustain his convictions of sexual assault and armed robbery; (2) violation of his privilege against self-incrimination when the trial court directed him to give a voice sample in the presence of the jury; (3) violation of his right to effective assistance of counsel; and (4) that he is entitled to a new trial under sec. 752.35, Stats. because the issues have not been fully tried. We affirm.
