CANE, P.J. Charles Nawrocke appeals a judgment of conviction of second-degree sexual assault of a child, contrary to § 948.02(2), STATS. Nawrocke contends the trial court erred when it considered his motion to withdraw his Alford plea from a postsentence perspective. Because we conclude that the motion to withdraw the plea was after a sentencing that was never vacated and that the trial court properly exercised its discretion, we affirm.
